Krishival Foods Limited announced that its Rights Issue Committee has approved the conversion of a significant number of partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up equity shares, following the receipt of the First and Final Call installment from eligible shareholders.

The company confirmed that an aggregate amount of ₹ 54,05,65,935/- was received against the First and Final Call for 27,72,120 partly paid-up equity shares.

In light of this payment, the Board of Directors approved the conversion of these shares, which had a face value of ₹ 10 each (paid-up value of ₹ 6.50 each). The conversion involves changing the status of these shares from those bearing ISIN IN90GGO01013 to fully paid-up equity shares under ISIN INE0GGO01015.

The converted shares are now considered pari passu with all existing fully paid-up equity shares and will be available for trading on stock exchanges upon completion of necessary formalities.
