Kontor Space Limited has clarified the relevant date governing the preferential issue of Equity Shares and Convertible Warrants scheduled for an upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). The clarification relates to the proposed issuance, which includes both equity shares and convertible warrants on a preferential basis.

The company confirmed that the EGM is set to take place on Friday, July 10, 2026. During this meeting, shareholders will be put to vote on the issue of Equity Shares and Convertible Warrants, as outlined in the EGM Notice dated June 18, 2026.

The definition of the relevant date is guided by applicable regulations concerning capital issuance. For the preferential issue of equity shares, the relevant date must be thirty days prior to the date of the shareholders' meeting. Similarly, for the issue of convertible warrants on a preferential basis, the relevant date must align with either the date determined for equity shares or a date thirty days before the holders become entitled to apply for the equity shares.

Kontor Space Limited stated that this clarification pertains solely to the Relevant Date mentioned in Resolution No. 1 of the Explanatory Statement forming part of the EGM Notice and confirms that all other terms and contents of the EGM Notice remain unchanged.
