Knowledge Realty Trust’s Borrowing Committee Approves Issuance of Debentures and Commercial Papers Up To INR 100 Crores​

Knowledge Realty Trust has authorized a significant debt-raising initiative following the meeting of its Borrowing Committee. The Committee approved strategies for raising capital through both non-convertible debentures and commercial papers, with an aggregate principal amount targeted up to INR 1000,000,000/- (One Thousand Crores only).

The approval covers two main avenues for funding: the fresh issuance of listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures by the Trust. The face value of these debentures is set at INR 1,00,000/- each, and the total principal amount that can be raised through this offering is up to INR 1000,00,00,000/-, available via private placement in one or more transactions or series.

Furthermore, the Committee greenlit the fresh issuance of listed, rated, redeemable commercial papers by Knowledge Realty Trust. This offering is also slated for a private placement basis and has an aggregate principal limit set at up to INR 1000,00,00,000/- to eligible investors.

The meeting of the Borrowing Committee took place on June 17, 2026, concluding the authorization for these debt instruments aimed at securing necessary funds for the Trust.
