Knowledge Realty Trust has announced the closure of its trading window for trading in securities, effective from the opening hours of stock exchanges on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. This action is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Trust's code regarding unpublished price sensitive information.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This restriction applies to designated persons and their immediate relatives.
