Knowledge Realty Trust Allots Non-Convertible Debentures Worth INR 600 Crores in Private Placement​

Knowledge Realty Trust has approved the allotment of secured, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) amounting to an aggregate principal value of INR 6,00,00,00,000/-. The decision was taken by the Borrowing Committee of Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Private Limited, Manager to Knowledge Realty Trust, through a resolution passed on June 19, 2026.

The allotment involves rupee denominated, listed, rated, secured, and transferable NCDs, each having a face value of INR 1,00,000/-. The offering was completed on a private placement basis and is scheduled for listing on BSE Limited, according to the terms outlined in the Key Information Document dated June 18, 2026.
