
Kellton Tech EU Limited Approves Joint Venture with Kuwait’s Action Energy Company
Kellton Tech Solutions Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary, has confirmed the formation of a strategic joint venture (JV) with Action Energy Company K.S.C.P. (AEC) of Kuwait. The partnership focuses on operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.The JV structure is set up with AEC holding 51% of the equity share capital, while Kellton Tech EU Limited will hold the remaining 49%. This agreement was approved by the Board of Directors of Kellton Tech EU Limited in a meeting held on July 06, 2026.
The joint venture is initially slated for a period of five years, with terms allowing for automatic renewal upon the completion of initial operations and subject to mutual agreement between both parties. The JV plans to establish its first office in Doha.
The finalization of the Joint Venture Agreement is anticipated following the completion of customary conditions precedent and all applicable regulatory compliances within the GCC Region.
