Kay Power and Paper Ltd has announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, Kay Pulp and Paper Mills Private Limited. The company was officially incorporated on July 15, 2026.

The new entity will operate within the manufacturing of packing paper and related products. Its core business activities include the production, processing, sale, import, export, distribution, and trading of various types of paper including pulp, waste paper, recycled paper, kraft paper, tissue paper, specialty paper, corrugated paper, and packaging paper. The subsidiary is also intended to handle stationery products, packaging materials, and other associated articles.

The scope of the business includes manufacturing and dealing in raw materials, chemicals, additives, consumables, machinery, plant, equipment, and spare parts required for the manufacture, processing, conversion, finishing, packaging, and trading of paper products.

As of the date of announcement, the subsidiary has not yet commenced business operations and reports a turnover of Nil. Kay Power and Paper Ltd maintains 100% of the paid up share capital of the new entity, with the entire beneficial holding resting with the parent company.
