Kati Patang Lifestyle Announces Strategic Pivot, UK Stakes Increase, and Spirits Market Entry

Kati Patang Lifestyle Ltd recently reported on a year of significant strategic expansion, deepening its footprint across India, and making a notable pivot into the premium spirits and wines market. The company highlighted its efforts to build a comprehensive beverage platform, moving beyond its core craft beer identity.

During the financial year 2025-26, the company recorded substantial developments, including the launch of its Freedom Larger Motoverse Edition in Goa, marked by a culture-first market entry in collaboration with Royal Enfield. This debut product was showcased at the Motoverse 2025 festival in Goa. The brand plans to expand Freedom Larger to 3-4 new markets by the end of calendar year 2026.

The company also focused on geographical expansion, re-entering the Haryana market, where Kati Patang Saffron lager is now available in Gurgaon and Faridabad, alongside the strong beer Bareilly Extra Bold. New markets were also entered, with Bareilly Bold becoming available in Chandigarh. Traction continued to build in Uttarakhand, where the brand is currently available in over 60 retail shops and MOTs, and over 25 HCR outlets.

Corporate and Strategic Development

Kati Patang Lifestyle demonstrated its ambition to grow globally by increasing its stake in CHADKP HOLDINGS LIMITED, the parent company of Chadlington Brewery and The Tite Inn, Oxford, from 23 percent to 51 percent. This investment is expected to contribute meaningfully to the company's turnover in the financial year 2026-27.

A major strategic development was the 100% acquisition of Agnetta International. Agnetta International is recognized for its established range of wines, including Caballo Loco and Valdivieso from Chile, and spirits like Ron Abuelo Rum from Panama. This acquisition marks Kati Patang Lifestyle’s pivot into the premium spirits and wines market, complementing its existing competencies.

The company noted that its strategic vision is to operate as a beverage platform, focusing on three core pillars: diversification into high-growth premium alcobev categories, deepening consumer engagement across occasions, and building a diverse portfolio of brands.

Operational and Market Gains

The company's physical infrastructure was enhanced with the inauguration of a new lease line in Roorkee, equipped to manufacture Bareilly Bold and Saffron Lager, with a capacity of three lakh cases per month.

In the UK market, the increase in stake in Chadkp Holdings Ltd is viewed as a key step toward redefining the premium beer segment. The brand’s presence was further expanded in Delhi, where it is currently available in over 200 retail vends and over 100 HCR outlets.

Financial Performance

In terms of financial scale, the company achieved a net revenue trend of INR 4 Cr in Q4 FY 2526, including the acquisitions of Agnetta and ChadKP, translating to an Annualized Run Rate (ARR) of INR 16 Cr. The group expects its quarterly net revenue to cross INR 6.5 Cr in Q1 of FY 27.
