The meeting successfully passed the resolution to declare a dividend of Rs. 2.60/- per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.The Auditors' Report on the Financial Statements and the Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, were taken as read, noting that neither report contained any qualifications, reservations, adverse remarks, or disclaimers. Strategic Outlook and Growth Initiatives
MD & CEO provided Members with detailed insights into the Bank's performance in FY 2025-26 against the backdrop of global and domestic economic scenarios. He elaborated on segment-wise performance, value creation for stakeholders, cybersecurity preparedness, and ESG practices.Looking ahead to FY 2026-27, the MD & CEO outlined several strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and strengthening risk management. Planned enhancements include leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) in functions such as credit processing, transaction monitoring, fraud risk prevention, and handling of customer grievances.
On the business growth front, the Bank intends to introduce sector-focused lending products for the Food Processing and Pharma & Healthcare sectors under its Commercial Segment. The strategy also includes relaunching credit cards with a premium portfolio and introducing a fully digital Loan Against Mutual Fund product.
Furthermore, to expand its presence in retail lending segments, the Bank has invested ₹ 29.68 Cr in Sahayya Finserve Private Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC focused on affordable housing finance and loan-against-property financing, acquiring a 16.4% stake.

The Chairman conducted instructions before the Question and Answers session. Out of 20 registered members, 18 shareholders addressed the meeting through VC/OAVM.
