Karnataka Bank Launches KBL Finsurance Platform to Streamline Insurance Business Operations

Karnataka Bank has announced the launch of KBL Finsurance, a comprehensive digital portal designed to transform and manage its insurance business across its branch network. This initiative marks a significant milestone in the bank's ongoing digital transformation journey, driven by a partnership with SprintMoney, a fintech company specializing in white-labelled digital solutions for financial institutions.

The KBL Finsurance platform empowers branch personnel by providing real-time capabilities to generate and track insurance leads, monitor policy status, and access business management information (MIS) reports. Through this integration, Karnataka Bank has partnered with SprintMoney (Wildflower Business Services Pvt. Ltd.), enabling the seamless incorporation of various insurance companies onto the KBL Finsurance platform.

SprintMoney's suite includes several advanced solutions, including SprintCRM, a digital wealth suite, and a platform dedicated to secured lending against shares, mutual funds, and insurance policies, all contributing to the end-to-end digitization of insurance distribution via this platform.

Addressing the launch of KBL Finsurance, Sri Raghavendra S Bhat, MD & CEO of Karnataka Bank, stated that the portal represents a major step in the bank's digital transformation commitment to delivering superior customer experience.
