Management Assessment of Labour Codes Impact​

The Company provided a detailed assessment regarding the impact of the four new Labour Codes introduced by the Government of India, which became effective from November 21, 2025. These codes include the Code on Social Security, 2020, the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, the Industrial Relations Code, 2020, and the Code on Wages, 2019.

During the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company had assessed the impact of the revised definition of wages and consequential employee benefit obligations and recognized a provision of 8.96 lakhs, which was disclosed as an Exceptional Item in the financial results for that period.

The Company reviewed this provision as of June 30, 2026. Based on current information, no further material adjustment has been deemed necessary during the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The provision remains reflected in the books and is subject to revision pending the notification or finalization of applicable State Rules and related guidance.

The financial results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as per the Companies Act, 2013.
