Operational and Governance Updates​

In relation to operational assets, the company noted that while an extension of its lease for Lotus Resort—Konark was granted only up to September 2026, the management expects a further extension up to February 2029 based on ongoing discussions with the Government of Odisha.

The consolidated results include information from various subsidiaries such as Orchid Hotels Pune Private Limited (OHPPL), Mahodadhi Palace Private Limited (MPPL), and Kamats Restaurants (India) Private Limited (KRIPL). The management confirmed that both OHPPL and MPPL are prepared on a going concern basis, considering factors including the revival of the hospitality business and the financial support from the Holding Company.

Regarding corporate governance, M/s Kirtane & Pandit LLP was appointed as an Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The Board approved ESOS 2026, a scheme allowing employees to participate in the company's long term growth and value creation, with a total number of options not exceeding 8,84,500.
