The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026.The meeting will commence at 11:00 a.m. (I.S.T) and will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or through Other Audio Video Means (OAVM).
Annual Report and Notice Distribution
The Company confirmed that the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for 2025-26 will be distributed exclusively through electronic mode to all Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company, Depository Participants, or RTA.
For those members whose email IDs are not registered with the Company, Depository Participant(s), or RTA, Kalyani Investment noted that a letter detailing the weblink where the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 can be accessed on the Company's website will be sent out.
The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report 2025-26 will also be made available on the company’s official website.
