The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, sanctioned the proposal to set up a rolling mill facility at its Raipur Plant.

The strategic investment is designed to strengthen the company’s internal supply chain and manufacturing processes. The approved capital expenditure for this initiative is not exceeding Rs. 150 crores.

This expansion project involves establishing the dedicated rolling mill within the existing Raipur Plant, underscoring Kalpataru Projects' commitment to vertical integration and growth in its operational footprint.
