For the fiscal year 2025-26, K2 Infragen recorded Revenue from Operations of 18,467.61 lakhs. This represented a growth of 25.96%, compared to 14,661.19 lakhs in the previous fiscal year (FY 2024-25).

The total financial performance shows significant growth across key metrics. Total Income, encompassing Revenue from Operations and Other Income, stood at 218,892.12 lakhs in FY 2025-26, marking a growth of 27.19% compared to 314,853.29 lakhs in FY 2024-25.

EBITDA for the company rose by 33.29%, reaching 2,707.10 lakhs in FY 2025-26, up from 2,031.05 lakhs in FY 2024-25. Profit After Tax (PAT), excluding exceptional gain, was recorded at 31,332.95 lakhs in FY 2025-26, reflecting a growth of 14.46% over the 21,164.55 lakhs reported in the previous year.

Operational efficiency also improved markedly, with the company reporting a 15.17% improvement in debtor days. Furthermore, K2 Infragen saw enhanced liquidity, registering a 60.58% improvement in net cash flow from operations and a 170.51% increase in cash and cash equivalents compared to the previous year.

Recently, the company also secured two strategically important orders from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, totaling 56.91 crore, which strengthens its presence in the power transmission sector.
