Auditor Observations and Emphasis of Matter​

Auditors noted an ongoing judicial investigation concerning the step-down subsidiary, Huron Graffenstanden SAS. The investigation, initiated in France, is still ongoing. As an interim measure, the investigating agencies have taken temporary actions, including restrictions on the Director General of Huron Graffenstanden SAS, control over the export license of certain machines, and the interim seizure of funds totaling Euro 3.02 million, alongside two residential properties owned by Jyoti SAS.

Regarding the investment in the subsidiary, the company stated that management remains of the opinion that no impairment is warranted, considering the expected recovery in the operating step-down subsidiary's business and the strategic nature of the investment.

JYOTICNC Stock Price Movement​

Jyoti CNC Automation Limited shares today slipped by 8.97% to settle at ₹596, marking a significant decline from its previous close. The stock shed over ₹58 in trading, hitting its 52-week low of ₹587 on a total volume of 10.15 million shares.
