These leasehold rights are being transferred to M/s. Aikyam Flexipack Private Limited.
The transaction involves a consideration of Rs 9.93 crores approximately.
Jyothy Labs Limited anticipates that the proposed transfer will conclude on or before March 31, 2027. The finalization of the deal remains subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions mutually agreed upon by both parties.
