Juniper Hospitality Assets Secures License Deed for 5-Star Luxury Hotel Development in New Delhi​

Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited (JHAPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Juniper Hotels Limited, has executed a License Deed with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The agreement, signed on August 12, 2026, paves the way for the development of a 5-Star Luxury Hotel property in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi.

JHAPL became the successful bidder for the license rights to develop the hotel on the land parcel, which spans approximately 2.524 acres. The prime location places the future luxury property in close proximity to Yashobhoomi, the International Convention and Expo Centre, and Delhi International Airport.

The agreement outlines significant operational and financial terms governing the development of the hotel. Under the terms, the Annual License Fees (ALF) are set not to be payable by JHAPL during the initial 42 months of the construction period.

Following the completion of the first 42 months, the ALF structure is defined across several phases:

The transaction, which involves the wholly owned subsidiary entering into an agreement with the DDA, does not fall under related party transactions.

JUNIPER Stock Price Movement​

Juniper Hotels Limited saw its stock rally on Wednesday, closing at ₹199.26 after gaining 2.66% off the previous close. The company traded within a narrow intraday range of ₹195.5 to ₹203, with 349,711 shares exchanged during the session.
