The licensing fee will be paid in two equal advance instalments at six-month intervals during each Contract Year.
The venture was confirmed to be executed on an arm's length basis, and the agreement does not constitute a Related Party Transaction, as Mr. Anil Saklani is the individual owner of Ajna Resorts.
