This centre will focus on providing Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and other specialized wellness services in accordance with the contract terms.

The licensing fee will be paid in two equal advance instalments at six-month intervals during each Contract Year.
The venture was confirmed to be executed on an arm's length basis, and the agreement does not constitute a Related Party Transaction, as Mr. Anil Saklani is the individual owner of Ajna Resorts.
