The meeting is being held within the context of the company’s corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP). Umesh Garg, Resolution Professional with IBBI Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00135/2017-2018/10277, is overseeing the proceedings for JCT Limited.
