Operational and Financial Notes
The company stated that the financial results were reviewed and approved by the Resolution Professional in a meeting held on August 13, 2026. The Statutory Auditors conducted a Limited Review of these results.In terms of operational structure, the management noted that there is currently no Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Company Secretary (CS), or Compliance Officer in the company. Furthermore, the company has not appointed an Internal Auditor as required by law.
The management also addressed ongoing disputes regarding corporate guarantees and creditor claims. The company denied the invocation of a corporate guarantee provided to lenders of JBF Petrochemicals Ltd., stating that the guarantee was valid only until March 31, 2017.
Regarding external legal proceedings, one operational creditor of JBF RAK LLC in UAE had filed an application with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against the company for a debt of Rs. 12,848 lakhs (equivalent to US$ 19,899,091.53). The company noted that this application was dismissed as infructuous.
