This follows a previous notification dated March 24, 2026, regarding the order related to the proposed amalgamation of JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited.The Scheme of Amalgamation is being pursued under the guidelines outlined in the Scheme of Amalgamation.
