ITC Hotels Limited has entered into a Share Purchase and Share Subscription Agreement to acquire 100 percent of the share capital of GHK Hospitality & Infrastructures Limited. The transaction received Board approval on July 16, 2026, and is intended to expand the company's owned asset portfolio in Ahmedabad across all market segments.

The acquisition is valued at an enterprise value of ₹ 155 crores on a cash-free, debt-free basis. This investment will be executed through a combination of primary subscription and secondary purchase of equity shares for cash consideration. ITC Hotels Limited expects to complete the transaction within the second quarter of fiscal year 2027.

The target entity, GHK Hospitality & Infrastructures Limited, is a public limited company headquartered in Ahmedabad, India.
