Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited has seen its subsidiary establish a new strategic entity aimed at expanding its footprint within the specialized United States healthcare market. The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Inc., incorporated Value Partners Collective ACO, LLC (VPCA), an Accountable Care Organization (ACO).

The incorporation of VPCA is described as a strategic initiative to enter the high-growth sector of Value-Based Healthcare Management and Accountable Care Operations within the United States. The new entity, which was officially incorporated on May 5, 2026, is based in Coppell TX and focuses on the management of quality and cost for government insured patients.

VPCA's primary objective is to formally apply for and seek selection in the Long-term Enhanced ACO Design (LEAD) program, which is administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) under the United States Department of Health & Human Services. This voluntary 10 year model represents a critical focus area for the company's global expansion efforts.

The role of VPCA is defined as that of an ACO and involves seeking to contract with participating physicians and healthcare providers if selected by CMS. Through this engagement, VPCA aims to drive operational efficiencies and leverage data infrastructure to empower physicians deliver high quality coordinated care services to Medicare beneficiaries while effectively managing and lowering the total cost of care.

Regarding ownership structure, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Inc holds a 100% stake in VPCA, which operates as a single member limited liability company. The new entity is currently operating with nil turnover or revenue, as it has not been funded or engaged in business yet. There is no indication that the incorporation constitutes a related party transaction.

The future of VPCA remains conditional on its successful selection by CMS into the LEAD program. If selected, the organization will assume contractual duties involving comprehensive management, advanced clinical data analytics, and corporate administrative services. The entity must be dissolved if it fails to secure such selection.
