The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.Mr. Joshi joins the leadership team with over 21 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Cost Management, and Strategic Business Management across the manufacturing and trading sectors. He is a qualified Cost Accountant (CMA), holds an MBA in Finance, and is a Commerce Graduate. His professional background includes expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and financial governance.
Throughout his career, Mr. Joshi has been involved in implementing internal control systems, streamlining business processes, and enhancing operational efficiencies to drive profitability and sustainable growth. Additionally, he is a Professional member of the ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professional and a Primary member of the ICAI Registered Valuers' Organization.
