Vadodara/Mumbai, August 3, 2026: INOX India Ltd has released its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27), which were approved by the Board of Directors. The company reported a total revenue of ₹382 crore for the quarter, marking an 8.3% increase compared to Q1 FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹61 crore, while EBITDA grew by 1.4% year-on-year to reach ₹90 crore.

The results highlight strong underlying market demand, with INOX India securing substantial order inflows totaling ₹532 crore for the quarter. This influx has boosted the company's total order book to ₹1,686 crore, indicating growing confidence in its engineering capabilities across industrial and clean energy sectors. Furthermore, export orders now exceed ₹1,140 crore, providing significant revenue visibility for subsequent quarters.

For the first quarter, export revenue accounted for ₹222 crore, contributing 58% of total revenues. This robust international performance was complemented by strategic progress across different business divisions.

Divisional and Market Penetration​

The company’s diversification into high-growth sectors provided key boosts during the quarter:

  • Industrial Gases: The Industrial Gases division contributed 53% to the overall revenue in Q1 FY27.
  • LNG Division: Revenue from the LNG Division accounted for 22%. The improved economic viability due to declining global LNG prices has renewed momentum in LNG fuelling infrastructure. Installation work began after the delivery of a batch of large storage tanks to a mini-LNG terminal project in The Bahamas, which also opened opportunities for satellite LNG stations.
  • Cryo Scientific Division (CSD): CSD contributed 20% of the revenue. INOX India secured a prestigious order from CERN for specialized cryogenic modules and received another significant repeat order from ITER, France, strengthening its advanced scientific engineering position.

The disposable cylinder business continued to see healthy repeat orders globally. The company also expanded into the semiconductor infrastructure space, securing initial transport tank orders for facilities in Dholera.

Strategic Collaborations and Quality Milestones​

INOX India announced several strategic developments aimed at expanding its technological footprint and market reach:

  • Aerospace Certification: The company successfully obtained the AS9100D aerospace quality certification, allowing it to manufacture aerospace components for onboard flight applications and significantly expanding its addressable market.
  • International Partnerships: INOX India entered a strategic partnership with WAYOUT, Sweden, focused on manufacturing modular water micro-factories in India.
  • Skill Development: The company partnered with ITM SLS Baroda University to establish a dedicated skill development center concentrating on semiconductor pipeline fabrication and orbital welding in support of India's Semiconductor Mission.

Commenting on the results, Deepak Acharya, Chief Executive Officer - INOX India Limited, stated that Q1 FY27 represents a major milestone. He noted the company’s growing global acceptance, citing not only the record order book but also its entry into the semiconductor ecosystem and prestigious orders from CERN and ITER. Acharya concluded that with a diversified market portfolio and continued investment in manufacturing capabilities, the company remains confident in delivering sustainable long-term growth.
