Ingersoll Rand Recommends Final Dividend of Rs 20 Per Share for FY Ending March 31, 2026​

Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited has recommended a final dividend to its shareholders for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The recommendation was made by the Directors at the Board meeting held on May 29, 2026.

The board of directors suggested a final dividend amounting to Rs 20 per equity share. This proposal is based on the existing share price of Rs 10 each, translating to a dividend rate of 200%. The payment of this dividend is contingent upon approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company has set Monday, July 13, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the list of Members eligible to receive the final dividend, should it be approved.

If the dividend is approved, Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited plans to pay the dividend on August 24, 2026. The payment structure and eligibility depend on the mode in which the shares are held:

  • Physical Shares: Dividends will be paid to members whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business hours on July 13, 2026.
  • Demat Shares: Payments for demat shareholders will be made to those listed by the Depositories as beneficial owners as at the close of business hours on July 13, 2026.

The proposed dividend is subject to deduction of tax at source.
