The company plans to raise Rs 42.25 crore through the IPO. This fundraising effort involves a fresh issue of 30 lakh shares, valued at Rs 39 crore. Additionally, there is an offer-for-sale (OFS) component comprising 2.5 lakh shares, which aggregates to Rs 3.25 crore.

Promoter Jawed Akhtar and Sunil Lakshman Vatsa are participating in the OFS, with each promoter selling 1.25 lakh shares. The anchor book for the IPO is scheduled to open on July 30, preceding the public issue closing date of August 4.

GV Electricals Operational Scope and Services

Incorporated in 1985, GV Electricals provides specialized operational and maintenance (O&M) services across India’s electricity distribution utilities. The company’s operations are structured around three core service verticals.

These verticals include network operation and maintenance within the power sector. Additionally, they manage electrical infrastructure and network development works. A third key area involves metering and meter management services.
