Bengaluru, India - June 23, 2026: Infosys, a global leader in AI-first business consulting and technology services, announced an expanded multi-year collaboration with GlobalFoundries (GF), a leading semiconductor manufacturer. The partnership is designed to deliver comprehensive AI-led managed services across GF's entire enterprise IT landscape.

Through this engagement, Infosys will manage all of GF’s application, infrastructure, data, and service desk operations. GlobalFoundries selected Infosys based on its demonstrated track record as an incumbent technology provider and its specialized expertise within the semiconductor domain. The collaboration aims to elevate GF's IT operations by shifting from externally supported services to a fully managed model driven by AI, automation, and continuous optimization.

Infosys is committed to transforming GF's approach to service delivery, enabling the transition from reactive IT management to predictive and autonomous service provision.

Anand Swaminathan, EVP & Global Industry Leader for Communications, Media & Technology at Infosys, stated that their combined expertise will help GF achieve significant operational improvements. Shares of Infosys Limited today slipped by 3.42% to settle at ₹1029.3, plunging significantly from the previous close as trading concluded.The equity touched its 52-week low during the session, a dramatic decline that saw nearly 19.3 million shares traded in the post-market period.
