Balkrishna Industries Limited has confirmed that Mr. Ravi Narayan Joshi, who held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Senior Management Personnel), has resigned from his services with the company.

Mr. Joshi tendered his resignation on June 22, 2026. The departure will be effective at the close of business hours on July 25, 2026. He stated that the reason for his resignation is to pursue the next phase of his professional journey. The company has received confirmation from Mr. Joshi affirming that there are no material reasons for his resignation apart from those specified.

During his tenure at Balkrishna Industries Limited, which spanned 5.5 years, Mr. Joshi expressed deep appreciation for the guidance and support provided by the senior management and colleagues.
