Industrial Surge: Skytech Infinite SME IPO Opens Aug 14 as Turnkey Solutions Drive Growth Ambitions

Bengaluru-based Skytech Infinite Platform is preparing to tap into the public market, launching a fresh issue through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The industrial automation company's IPO is scheduled to open on August 14 and close on August 18. It offers investors a chance to participate in the company’s expansion as it aims to scale its operations across various industrial sectors.

Key Details of Skytech Infinite SME Issue

The offering comprises a total of 29.45 lakh equity shares, with the price band set at ₹73 to ₹77 per share. Each lot is defined as 1,600 shares. The IPO is managed solely by Finshore Management Services, which serves as the book-running lead manager.

Skytech Infinite has earmarked a significant portion of its net proceeds towards strengthening its working capital position. From the fresh issue worth ₹16.81 crore, the funds will be utilized for meeting essential working capital requirements, along with covering general corporate and issuance-related expenses.

Skytech’s Growth Strategy in Automation Sector

Skytech Infinite Platform specializes in providing comprehensive turnkey industrial automation solutions. These services cover every stage of a project, including design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of control panels and integrated control systems.

The company stated that the IPO is crucial for achieving its ambitious growth milestones. Skytech plans to strategically expand its customer base across the manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. The firm also intends to pursue opportunities in new geographical markets.

Paramashivam Deiveekan, MD at Skytech Infinite Platform Ltd., underscored the importance of the offering. He noted that the IPO will bolster their working capital strength, enabling them to execute larger projects and expand effectively across all targeted markets.

Financial Performance Driving Expansion

Financially, the company has demonstrated consistent growth backed by rising operational volumes and new contracts. Skytech reported a healthy 15.34 per cent year-on-year increase in total income for FY26, reaching ₹52.14 crore from ₹45.21 crore in FY25.

The profit after tax (PAT) also saw a positive trajectory, growing by 13.21 per cent to ₹4.20 crore in the current fiscal year. This performance improvement was directly attributed to enhanced operational volumes and increased offtake from existing client base.

IPO Timeline and Listing Details

Following the conclusion of the issue period, the company is set for a listing on the NSE Emerge platform. The tentative listing date for Skytech Infinite has been fixed for August 21. Investors are thus invited to consider participating in the SME offering to support the growth journey of this industrial automation player.
