Bhubaneswar, January 12, 2026: IndiQube Spaces Limited has entered Bhubaneswar, marking its debut in Odisha and taking its operational footprint to 17 cities across India. The move strengthens the company’s presence in East India, with Bhubaneswar becoming its second city in the region after Kolkata.

The new centre spans over 45,000 square feet and is located at Patia Infocity, one of Bhubaneswar’s most prominent IT and commercial hubs. The facility is designed to cater to startups, global capability centres, and large enterprises seeking flexible, technology-enabled office infrastructure in emerging urban markets.

Focus on High-Growth Tier II Markets

With this expansion, IndiQube continues to deepen its exposure to high-potential Tier II cities, aligning with the broader shift in enterprise location strategies and evolving talent migration patterns. Bhubaneswar has been steadily positioning itself as an enterprise and technology hub, supported by improving urban infrastructure and a growing skilled workforce.

Rishi Das, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, said that East India represents a key growth frontier for the company, and Bhubaneswar is a natural extension of that strategy. He highlighted the city’s transition into a credible enterprise destination and its ability to support scalable growth beyond traditional metros.

Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, noted that the rise of cities like Bhubaneswar reflects a larger decentralisation trend in India’s growth story. She added that IndiQube’s presence in such markets aims to enable ease of doing business while offering enterprises a consistent and productive workspace experience.

Strengthening the National Platform

IndiQube operates as a tech-enabled managed workspace platform, integrating design, technology, and hospitality through its proprietary MiQube stack. The company follows a flexible, on-demand, pay-as-you-use model, positioning itself to support enterprises at different stages of growth.

The Bhubaneswar launch underscores IndiQube’s long-term strategy of building scalable workspace infrastructure in emerging markets while maintaining a pan-India network that supports distributed and hybrid workforce models.
