Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited Announces Departure of Independent Directors
New Delhi, March 28, 2026 – Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) announced today the completion of tenure for two Independent Directors. Shri Shabdsharan N. Brahmbhatt (DIN-09483059) and Dr. Jaganath C. M. Jodidhar (DIN-09556253) have concluded their terms on March 27, 2026, as per an order from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy ('MNRE') dated March 28, 2025. Consequently, they have ceased to be Independent Directors of the company, effective March 28, 2026.The details regarding the change in directors are provided in Annexure I.
