The decision was reached after reviewing the financial metrics against the governing standards. The company stated that based on the audited financials, the income and net worth of both Ascent and Sidwal did not exceed the threshold defined for material status. This threshold stipulates that a subsidiary must have income or net worth greater than 10% of the consolidated income or net worth of the listed entity and its subsidiaries in the immediately preceding accounting year.
