Prior to joining IIFL Capital Services Limited, Mr. Gupta served as Group Chief Compliance Officer at ASK Investment Managers. At that organization, he was instrumental in leading regulatory compliance, enterprise-wide compliance transformation initiatives, and regulatory liaison. His overall background includes deep involvement in regulatory affairs, policy advocacy, risk monitoring, and compliance automation, working closely with industry bodies and global institutional stakeholders to strengthen governance frameworks.
