HUDCO Board Meeting Scheduled to Approve Q2 Financial Results and Consider Interim Dividend​

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), a Government of India Enterprise, has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on July 27, 2026. The meeting is set to consider the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.

The agenda for the Board includes approving these financial results and considering the declaration of the first interim dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27, should it be deemed necessary, along with fixing a corresponding record date.

In addition to the board meeting announcement, HUDCO also provided an update regarding its trading window status. The company confirmed that the trading window for dealing in its securities, which closed on July 1, 2026, will remain closed until July 29, 2026.
