The Board of Directors of Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics Limited finalized several corporate policies and scheduled its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM), according to outcomes approved during a meeting held on August 5, 2026.

Key resolutions approved by the Board included the formulation of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy and the approval of a revised policy concerning materiality in related party transactions. Dividend Recommendation and Shareholder Dates​

The Board established crucial dates related to the final dividend payment. The record date for shareholders' entitlement to the Final Dividend was set as August 25, 2026. Correspondingly, the cut-off date for determining shareholder voting rights is also Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

The Board had previously recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.5 per share during its meeting held on May 28, 2026.

The 34th Annual General Meeting for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, has been fixed for Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The AGM is scheduled to be held at 3:30 p.m. at the Conference hall of the Kerala State Small Industries Association (KSSIA) in Kalamassery.
