Hindustan Aeronautics Limited receives Ministry of Defence approval for extension of Director (Operations) charge to CMD
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has received official approval from the Ministry of Defence regarding the extension of an additional charge for the post of Director (Operations). The decision concerns Shri Kota Ravi, who holds the position of Chairman & Managing Director at the company.The Ministry of Defence conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority via a letter dated July 27, 2026, confirming the extension requested by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.
Under this approved extension, Shri Kota Ravi will continue to hold the additional charge for Director (Operations) for a further period of three months. This extended assignment is set to commence from August 1, 2026.
The charge remains in effect until the regular incumbent of the Director (Operations) post assumes responsibility or unless further instructions are issued by the Ministry, whichever event occurs sooner.
