Furthermore, Ms. Shreya Shah, a Practicing Company Secretary based in Mumbai, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer to monitor the entire e-voting process.

The Board meeting concerning these business matters commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 5:50 P.M. The board approved other general business matters with permission from the directors.
