HGS Unveils Intelligent Experience Positioning, Backed by 90-Day ROI Commitment

HGS, a global provider of technology, AI, and business services, today announced a new Intelligent Experience positioning, marking a focus on delivering measurable results at scale for enterprises. The announcement, made March 25, 2026, includes a 90-day Return on Intelligent Experiences (ROIX) commitment, designed to shift the focus from AI aspiration to tangible outcomes.

According to HGS, 95% of generative AI projects fail to deliver ROI, and many initiatives stall in the pilot phase. The company’s new approach, Realized AI, treats intelligence as an operational capability. Every engagement includes shared accountability, defined metrics, and demonstrated ROI within 90 days.

“What sets companies apart today is AI execution," said Venkatesh Korla, Global CEO of HGS. "Our move toward Intelligent Experience is about turning intent into performance.”

HGS has also introduced a refreshed brand identity featuring a fingerprint motif, symbolizing trust and personal connections. Andrew Kokes, Chief Marketing Officer, HGS, stated the rebrand aims to end ambiguity and focuses on organizations ready to be measured by outcomes.

As of March 31, 2025, HGS reported total income of Rs. 4,958.8 crore (US$586.1 million). HGS also operates NXTDIGITAL, India’s digital media distribution company, serving over 4.8 million customers. HGS is part of the Hinduja Group and has approximately 18,000 employees across 10 countries and 30 delivery centers.
