HBL Engineering Approves FY26 Results, Recommends Final Dividend of Re. 1 Per Share​

HBL Engineering Limited (formerly HBL Power Systems Limited) announced the approval of its standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The results were approved during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 23, 2026.

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (representing 100% on the paid-up capital) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company noted that total exceptional items amounted to ¥ 30.82 crs in the standalone results and ¥ 31.25 crs in the consolidated results. Furthermore, the estimated impact of the New Labour Codes, notified effective November 21, 2025, amounting to ¥ 25.49 crores, has been recognized under Other expenses.
