The change in leadership comes as she steps down from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel.The company confirmed that CA Shafali Jain tendered her resignation, effective from the close of business hours on July 25, 2026. She was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on May 1, 2025.
In her formal letter to the Board of Directors, she stated that the reason for her resignation is better career prospects.
Ms Jain expressed gratitude to the management and the Board of Harikanta Overseas Limited for the opportunities provided during her tenure. She committed to extending full cooperation during the transition period to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.
