Hamps Bio Ltd. (Scrip Code: 544312) announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% equity shares of HSDL Innovative Private Limited on March 25, 2026. This follows a prior announcement dated February 14, 2026.The total purchase consideration for the acquisition was INR 2,04,00,000, paid in cash to the existing shareholder of HSDL Innovative Private Limited. HSDL Innovative Private Limited (CIN: U15136GJ2017PTC095843) has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hamps Bio Ltd. effective March 25, 2026.
Previously known as Hamps Bio Pvt. Ltd., Hamps Bio Ltd. previously provided information pertaining to the acquisition under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, on February 14, 2026.
