The agency took four employees of the company into custody on January 21, 2026, based on an FIR invoking sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Cash totaling Rs 0.77 million was confiscated from one employee, and cash amounting to Rs 0.93 million was confiscated from the Chairman and Managing Director's personal funds.

The company has stated that following management assessment, the opinion of appointed legal counsel, and an external review firm report, there is no impact on the operations or financial position as these matters remain sub-judice before the court. The Hon'ble court subsequently granted bail to all four employees involved in the incident.
