Company Utilization Plan Detailed by IPO Offerors​

Gulf Lloyds India has laid out a clear plan for utilizing the capital raised through this issue. A portion of the net proceeds, amounting to Rs 3.71 crore, is earmarked for capital expenditure related to office premises. Additionally, Rs 7.15 crore will be allocated towards meeting working capital requirements.

The company also intends to dedicate Rs 3 crore from the funds for the repayment of an unsecured loan. The remaining amount of the proceeds will be utilized for general corporate purposes.

Financially, the company demonstrated solid performance in the recent fiscal year. For the financial year ended March 2026, Gulf Lloyds India reported a consolidated profit of Rs 4.3 crore and total revenue of Rs 35.7 crore.

IPO Timeline and Listing Details​

The bidding process for the Gulf Lloyds India IPO is ongoing and is scheduled to remain open until July 22. The company is set to make its debut on the BSE SME platform on July 27. Interactive Financial Services has been appointed as the merchant banker managing this public issue.
