Regarding the Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Inox Leasing and Finance Limited (ILFL), Inox Holdings and Investments Limited, and GFCL, the company received a No Objection Letter on July 9, 2026 from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The scheme involves the demerger of Wind Business from ILFL into Inox Holdings and Investments Limited and the subsequent amalgamation of ILFL into GFCL.

The company also provided an update regarding the fire incident at the Ranjitnagar plant in December 2021, noting that a total of Rs. 70 Crores was initially claimed for insurance. After receiving Rs. 11 crores on April 24, 2026, as a full and final claim for loss of PPE, the balance of the insurance claim lodged stands at Rs. 28 Crores.
