Greenleaf Envirotech Limited has announced that its Board of Directors approved a significant capital infusion into its wholly owned subsidiary, Greenleaf Eco Infra Private Limited (GEIPL). The infusion, which is scheduled to occur in one or more tranches before September 30, 2026, will be accomplished through the subscription of a Rights Issue by the parent company.

The Board of Directors approved the proposal to invest up to Rs. 2 crore in GEIPL.

GEIPL, which was incorporated on July 8, 2025, operates in the Environmental Infrastructure sector. The subsidiary is engaged in the business of establishing, operating, and maintaining Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs). These facilities are dedicated to the treatment, recycling, reuse, and disposal of industrial effluents and wastewater, complying with applicable environmental laws. Additionally, GEIPL undertakes allied activities related to pipeline infrastructure, sludge handling and management, and resource recovery associated with CETP operations.

The funds injected through the Rights Issue are designated to meet GEIPL’s operational requirements, cover working capital needs, finance capital expenditure, and support its business expansion plans.
