Gradiente Infotainment Approves Multicurrency Fund Raising and Expands Digital Content Slate​

Gradiente Infotainment Limited, in a Board meeting held on August 3, 2026, announced significant operational and financial approvals, including the authorization to raise funds up to USD 110 million and approval for large-scale content production projects across digital media platforms.

The Board of Directors approved raising funds through all permitted instruments. This includes issuing equity shares (for cash or non-cash), convertible bonds or debentures, warrants, preference shares, foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs), or any other equity linked securities. The fundraising scope also encompasses preferential issue on a private placement basis or qualified institutional placement, with the company having discretion over terms such as security and interest rate.

In a major move to bolster its content pipeline, Gradiente Infotainment approved two distinct production initiatives targeting rapid growth in digital entertainment markets: the creation of 100 Vertical Micro Dramas and the production of 100 Music Videos.

The company plans to cater to the rapidly growing short-form digital entertainment market across OTT platforms, mobile applications, and social media ecosystems with the micro drama slate. Simultaneously, the music video project is intended to enhance the Company's music content portfolio across both domestic and international music platforms.

The productions for both projects will take place in various locations spanning India, Europe, and Africa, utilizing international infrastructure depending on logistical and commercial requirements. Management estimates the revenue generation from these projects over the Financial Year ending March 31, 2027.
