Global Pet Industries Limited announced it has received a Full Occupancy Certificate from the competent authority for its new factory premises located at Industrial Building No 1(Industrial), S. NO.218/3/4, S.NO.68/1 TO /4/5 at Pelhar.

The new facility encompasses a plot area of 2,791.03 square meters and a total built-up area of 5,023.85 square meters. It includes dedicated assembly units, quality control, design, service departments, and an administrative office.

The company anticipates the new facility will increase annual production capacity by approximately 40%-50%. A dedicated area will be available for live machine demonstrations, customer training, and technical workshops, enhancing customer experience.

The premises incorporate sustainability initiatives, including energy-efficient lighting systems and optimized workflows. The consolidation of design, production, quality control, sales, and service functions into a single location is expected to improve coordination and operational efficiency.

This development is considered a significant milestone for Global Pet Industries Limited, poised to strengthen operational capabilities and customer engagement.
