In relation to the Open Offer, a statement noted that Nil Equity Shares, constituting 0% of the Offer Size, were tendered on April 20, 2026. This tender was processed through the Open Offer Escrow Demat Account, opened with Ventura Securities Limited.
The process for tendering shares requires that Equity Shares tendered by the Public Shareholders are subject to validation and verification of the complete set of applicable documents.
According to the stated mechanisms, the Equity Shares that are 'validly tendered' in the Open Offer will be accepted in accordance with the SEBI (SAST) Regulations and the terms laid out in the letter of offer dated April 03, 2026, along with the Addendum to the LOF dated April 09, 2026.
